Role Purpose:
Generating inquiries, Providing product information, Pricing, and techno-commercial support to our customers and prospects in KSA. Increase the brand awareness of Hochiki in KSA by doing presentations to the end-users, consultants and contractors and getting the products acceptable for the projects in KSA. Increase the channel partners and system integrators throughout KSA to ensure continuous growth YOY. Taking a customer-focused approach to support our products, showing a passion for developing Hochiki technology within the KSA markets.
Detail of Role:
- Approach end users, consultants, distributors, customers, and System Partners via email, telephone, and regular visits, to generate inquiries for fire detection, alarm, and emergency lighting systems.
- Providing quotations through SAP to our customers and prospects.
- Follow up on the offers till order finalization.
- Be aware of the market competition, market demand and challenges.
- Conduct product presentations to End-users, consultants, and system integrators to promote the features of Hochiki’s advanced technology.
- Ensuring to achieve and exceed the set Sales Targets.
- Ensuring that the accuracy of all sales and technical documentation is maintained, whilst liaising with relevant departments for updates.
- Handle commercial and technical matters during customer meetings, seminars, exhibitions, etc.
- Maintaining an optimal level of customer service and frontline support whilst identifying specific customer needs.
- Expanding and maintaining knowledge of competitor products, updating the business on any new developments or technologies being used.
- Performing any other duties independently or as a team when required, to support the business and ensure our continued growth.
