After the acquisition of Apex House, a large, purpose-built warehousing/shipping hub in Chatham, Kent, by the Hochiki Group in February 2023, work has begun on the refitting of the site.
After the acquisition of Apex House, a large, purpose-built warehousing/shipping hub in Chatham, Kent, by the Hochiki Group in February 2023, work has begun on the refitting of the site.
The first job was to remove all of the existing racking within the 3-storey space installed by the previous owners, which unfortunately was set at the wrong spacing for our own storage and shipping processes.
Over several days each section of the vast steel structure was carefully removed and taken away to be sold and reused, ready for brand new racking to be installed.
