Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) Policy

The policy supports responsible collaboration with customers, security researchers, certification bodies, system integrators, and other stakeholders.

 

It applies to cybersecurity vulnerabilities affecting Hochiki Europe (UK) Ltd products with digital elements that are within their applicable security support period.  

 

Hochiki Europe (UK) Ltd will:

 

• Encourage responsible reporting of vulnerabilities
• Acknowledge reports promptly
• Review all reports objectively and fairly
• Work collaboratively with reporters
• Protect confidential information where appropriate
• Develop and deploy remediation measures based on risk
• Communicate transparently with affected stakeholders
• Coordinate public disclosure when required.
