Tecnosystemi Spa Societa Benefit, a company synonymous with environmental responsibility and cutting-edge technology, partnered with Ghin Antifurti, based in Conegliano, to install a high-performance fire protection system in both their historical headquarters and their impressive new 30,000 sq. m production hub. This project exemplifies Tecnosystemi's commitment to safeguarding their people, assets, and the environment, while aligning with their focus on sustainability.
Tecnosystemi, a leader in the manufacturing of accessories for air conditioning, air exchange, ventilation and photovoltaic systems, is dedicated to minimising their environmental impact. Their new production hub, built in 2023, embodies this philosophy. The state-of-the-art facility boasts technologies designed to significantly reduce CO2 emissions. When it came to fire safety, Tecnosystemi demanded a system would protect this building, the assets and the people working within.
Understanding Tecnosystemi's needs, Ghin Antifurti, the chosen installer, recommended a Hochiki fire detection system which was renowned for its reliability and longevity. The installed Latitude system safeguards all critical areas, encompassing production zones, offices and a brand new, fully automated warehouse.
The Hochiki system incorporates a range of advanced technologies to provide comprehensive fire protection. The core of the system is comprised of multiple networked Latitude panels, known for their robust performance and efficient operation. These panels seamlessly integrate with Hochiki’s ESP intelligent range of fire detection and alarm devices, offering a wider range of detection capabilities. Additionally, aspirating smoke detection systems are strategically placed to ensure even the most minute particles of smoke are identified swiftly.
