ACB-E and ACB-E(WHT)

 

Model ACB-E is an Addressable Multi-Heat Sensor, which is fully compatible with Hochiki’s ESP Analogue Addressable Protocol.

The ACB-E incorporates a Variable Temperature heat element and a Rate Of Rise heat element, both of which are controlled from the Control Panel, allowing either thermal element or both elements simultaneously to be active in making the fire decision.  The sensor polling LEDs can also be controlled via the Control Panel (pulsing/non-pulsing)*.

DCD-CE3 and DCD-CE3(WHT)   Model DCD-CE3 is a Conventional Rate of Rise Heat Detector with a 90°C fixed temperature element using a thermistor and linearising circuit to provide an accurate linear response Heat Detector.

The DCD-CE3 is ideal for use where medium ambient temperatures exist, such as drying rooms or where Smoke Detectors are unsuitable because of the presence of steam or cooking fumes such as in a kitchen.

The DCD-CE3 is supported by a wide range of bases for different applications and these are supported on the majority of conventional systems.  A third terminal provides remote indicator output.

DRD-E Flame Detector  

The DRD-E is a Conventional Infra Red Flame Detector designed for internal use to detect large flames.

The detector fits any of the CDX range of mounting bases.  The detection zone is a 90° cone and the detection range is up to and including 25 m.

SPC-ET  

Model SPC-ET is a Conventional two wire beam smoke detector that consists of an emitter and receiver that cover a distance of 5 – 100 m providing a maximum coverage of 1500 m2.

When used on a conventional system the emitter and receiver can be powered directly from the zone or if required the emitter also has an option to be powered from a separate 24 V dc supply.  The SPC-ET can also be interfaced to Hochiki’s ESP system, the receiver can be connected to a CHQ-SZM2 Single Zone Module or a CHQ-DZM2 Dual Zone Module, and the emitter can then be powered directly from the loop or via a separate 24 V dc supply.

The SPC-ET comes complete with a termination module which fits directly on to a standard U.K dual back box, this allows the detector be surface or flush mounted. Line continuity options can be selected on the termination module and these are based on the Schottky or Zener diode method.

The YBD-RA Surface Wiring Adaptor allows the majority of Hochiki Sensors/Detectors and their Mounting Bases to be fitted flush against a fixing surface whilst also allowing surface wiring (without conduit) to be connected.

The adaptor features four 9mm x 8mm knock-outs for cables/wires allowing surface-fixed wiring to be connected to an appropriate mounting base (depending on application).  The adaptor is moulded in ivory white ABS as standard, which allows seamless integration with the majority of mounting bases and associated sensors and detectors.

Replacement 20m viewable exit light legends (ISO7010 style).  Available in either LEFT, DOWN or UP designs.

     
 

BESA Box Adaptor Plate

The EL-BBA1 is a BESA box adaptor plate which allows adjustment of the YBN-R/3 mounting base to allow correct alignment of exit signs and luminaires.  Supplied with fixing screws.

     
 

EL-KP is an emergency lighting control panel keypad for use with the EL-2 panel.

The control panel is operated and interrogated through the compact backlit LCD graphical display of the keypad, which can show system status of the lighting units including battery charge and LED faults.

One EL-2 control panel can support a total of 8 EL-KP keypad units, with up to a max of 15 panels on one system.

The EL-REC20 and EL-REC40 are recess adaptor brackets which allow a semi-flush fitting of the EL exit signs.

The brackets need to be fitted with an exit sign and a mounting base (not supplied) and are equipped with spring loaded clips for secure fixing to most hollow ceiling materials.

The brackets also feature a small inspection hole in the ceiling plate which allows sight of the bicoloured status LED on the exit sign cup within the ceiling void.

Model NFW68/89-RA is a mounting adaptor for the Emergency Lighting product range and their associated mounting bases.

The NFW68/89-RA allows a base and light combination to be flush mounted by providing a recess fixing in the ceiling.

It is supplied with a fast fix spring mechanism which secures the NFW68/89-RA within a pre-cut hole up to a maximum ceiling thickness of 25mm.  The unit is pre-fitted with a YBN-R/3 base.

Allows all current FIREscape luminaires to be flush mounted:
EL-DL2, EL-DL3, NFW89/O, NFW89/C.

The NFW-SDT is a mains-conversion kit designed to convert any FIREscape luminaire or exit sign to be mains-driven.

A converted luminaire or exit sign then becomes a self-contained, self-testing emergency lighting product.

The RSM-BSB is base sounder beacon unit providing a fixing base for any of the FIREwave range of sensors with an audio alarm and visual beacon alarm.

The units parameters are programmed via the Translator Module (RSM-WTM) and a PC link.  The Translator Module then automatically manages wireless radiated power depending on the device communication quality.  The unit is controllable from the Control Panel via the Translator Module and offers the same level of flexibility as a standard addressable loop sounder

The base sounder features 32 tone settings as standard with two volume settings allowing adjustment up to 92 dB(A) at 1 metre.

The unit also comes with a pre-moulded base which will accommodate any type of FIREwave wireless detector, or can be removed to accomodate a locking cover plate.

The RSM-CP is a Wireless Resettable Manual Call Point which features a simulated glass front.

When activated, a plastic ‘flag’ is displayed in the window of the unit; the supplied key will reset the flag and unit.  Supplied with back box.  Weatherproof version also available (RSM-CP/W).

The units parameters are programmed via the Translator Module via a PC link.  The Translator Module then automatically manages detector radiated power depending on the device communication quality.  Each unit can automatically adjust its frequency and radiated power output in accordance with the signal quality received from the Translator Module.

The Hochiki Wireless Conventional Interface Module (RSM-CIM) is a device that interfaces wireless field devices on to a Conventional Fire Control Panel (FCP).

It interfaces via the radial Zone circuit (for Detectors, Manual Call Points and Input Modules) and one of the radial Sounder circuits (for all Audio-Visual devices).

The RSM-CIM is powered from an external 24 V dc supply.  Full monitoring and control of the wireless field devices is possible.  Communication between the RSM-CIM, additional Expander Modules (RSM-EXP) (if fitted) and field devices is wireless via a bi-directional, analogue-intelligent protocol.
