Hochiki Customers Speak Up

Hochiki has announced the results of a wide-ranging survey of its UK and overseas customers' views; revealing extremely high opinions of both its products and the standard of its customer service.

An overwhelming 96% of those surveyed rated Hochiki's product quality as 'good' or 'excellent' while nearly nine out of ten customers reported that Hochiki's products met their requirements.

Hochiki asked its customers searching questions about the level of service it provides and was pleased to see that 87% rated the quality of service provided as 'good' or 'excellent', while 72% rated the standard of sales support provided after purchase as 'good' or 'excellent' also. 

Importantly, 85% of customers rated Hochiki as 'good' or 'excellent' compared to competitor suppliers, while the large majority of those surveyed also rated products as 'good' or, indeed, 'excellent' value for money.
